Drake has just released the Drake Take Care album cover and it’s looking a little too simple. Pretty sure he could have made it a little more interesting, but knowing Drake, the Take Care album will sell pretty well. Due out on October 24, the latest album from Drake will be his second hit album ever released. Drake has dropped several new mixtapes over the years, but nothing will come close to Take Care.
The guys at Rap Up had a quick interview with Boi-1da, the guy behind the work of the new Drake Take Care album. He talks about how the new Drake has evolved lyrically on the album from previous ones like Thank Me Later. Drake’s new song Marvin’s Room has received some hype, but we’re not too sure if it will be enough to make this new Take Care album go platinum.
DJ Semtex got a long sit down talk with Drake about his new album Thank Me Later. Drakes new music album Thank Me Later just dropped a couple days ago, and in this video he breaks down every song and where the influences came from. His parents played a major roll in a few songs, after seeing what they had to go through to raise him, but several other famous rappers, not including Drizzy Drake that had an impact. Some including Ghostface Killah and Nas. Thank Me Later can now be purchased online or in stores on the shelves. In a week or two we’ll get to see how the Thank Me Later Drizzy Drake debut album sold, and if it will be a chart topper among the rap game.
Here we have two new videos from ImFlashy where they got to catch up with Drake to talk about his upcoming album. He talks about how he’s been studying Nas since he always used to listen to his raps. Drizzy Drake also mentioned Andre 3000 and how he feels he has become a better rapper the past couple months. We’ll see when the new Drake music album drops before summer hopefully. The second video after the jump talks about the XXL freshmen list and “returning the favor” to the magazine. It also covers his recent spread with GQ and his relationship with the Jordan Brand, while rapper Drake shows off his Air Jordan Anniversary 9′s.
